Cult Beauty Payday Wishlist | July

Follow

This month my top picks for payday are from the great online beauty store Cult Beauty
I recently purchased the Anastasia Beverly Hills Pro Series Contour Cream Kit, £39 from Cult Beauty, and I was amazed at how quick the delivery was. From ordering, to it dropping through my letter box it was less than 24 hours. So I knew I would 100% be going back for more purchases.
I'm sort of obsessed with the sea of amazing MUA's from Canada and America, especially Samantha Ravndahl (view her Instagram here) and Sonjdradeluxe (view her Youtube channel here) who frequently use the Anastasia Beverly Hills products and create the most incredible beauty looks.
So ABH cosmetics are something that I've lusted over for a while, and having a UK site I can buy them from is a great convenience.

On the wish-list is the Anastasia Beverly Hills Pro Series Contour Kit, £39 which is the powder version to the cream contour kit I've already bought. The two kits working together seems to give the absolute best results, and to also have the choice between a heavier and lighter contour look is always nice.

Also from ABH is the Dipbrow Pomade, £15, a gel/mouse formula which is smudgeproof, waterproof and effortlessly easy to use. The pomade comes in a full range of colours to match everyone's hair and skin tones, and can be used to create PERFECT brows. Seriously, just go on Pinterest or Youtube and you'll see what I'm talking about!
Next up, Nudestix Lip and Cheek Pencil, £24. I really, really want to try these pencils. They just seem to have the most beautiful pigments and I am in love with the shade Whisper, a muted nude colour. So many nudes, so little time/money/storage space...
I did recently buy some nude lipsticks, you can see how to create a Nude Ombré Lip in my tutorial here

I have a bit of a strange relationship with makeup when it comes to texture, in that apart from my lips I'm not a huge fan of anything matt textured. I prefer a more dewy complexion and so tend to shy away from powder products. So this Daniel Sandler Watercolour Fluid Blusher, £15.50 sounds absolutely up my street. I love the look of the Passion and Angel swatches as they lean more towards the peach than pink - pedantic, I know.

Also on the wish-list, Nuxe Reve de Miel Lip Balm, £9.50. As a real victim of chapped lips throughout the year, this award-winning french product sounds heaven sent to me. It contains Honey and Shea Butter, as well as other plant extracts, that work hard to recuperate dry or damaged lips. £9.50 does seem a lot for a lip balm, but if it's as good as it sounds then I think the price tag can be justified!

And last but not least, Stila Cosmetics Smudge Pots, £13 caught my eye as I was browsing for my next haul. They are multi-use, which is such a bonus for any product, so you can use them as a softer eyeliner gel shade for daytime or blend onto the lid for a smokey eye look. The Bronze in particular caught my eye, I think it's perfect for a bronzed summer look but used a bit heavier would be gorgeous for the autumn too.

Have you been lusting over any of these items? Let me know your thoughts! xx
